Nancy Hill Barta has lived in the Starved Rock area her entire life. Her passion for collecting and love of local history led her to share her collection of postcards. She is a member of the LaSalle County Historical Society, LaSalle County Genealogy Guild, Streatorland Historical Society, and Mendota Museum and Historical Society.
