Secondary school teachers identified lack of fund, inadequate training, lack of technological skills, and low teachers morale as inhibiting factors against the effective use of community resources. Teachers lack of community resources may be accounted for the constraints which they face in using community resources. Hope the book will be helpful for teachers ,educational planners and researchers working in the field of social science education.
