This paper examines impact of Jatropha production on household food poverty reduction using detailed household data in Southern Ethiopia particularly in Uba dbretshay and Zala districts. I use calorie to justify the use of propensity score matching in order to compare households that are Jatropha producers to similar households in comparable areas
