Neimar Oliveira das Dores é um apaixonado pela literatura e pela educação. Graduado em Letras - Português e Hebraico pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), com licenciatura e bacharelado, também é pedagogo e especialista em metodologias para o ensino da língua portuguesa. Atualmente, é professor na rede pública de ensino do estado do Rio de Janeiro e mestrando em Linguística pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Com uma trajetória marcada pela dedicação ao ensino e à escrita, Neimar já publicou poemas, textos e capítulos em obras acadêmicas. Sua paixão pela literatura infantojuvenil o levou a criar histórias que despertam a imaginação e promovem o prazer da leitura em crianças e jovens leitores.
