Autorenporträt
Nicholas Fabri, a former dentist from the UK and Terysa Vanderloo, a paramedic from Australia, met while backpacking through India. They quickly fell in love and both moved to London where Nick introduced Terysa to sailing and seasickness. Three years later, they'd sold their Hanse 320 and bought a Southerly 38, Ruby Rose, which took them across the Atlantic twice, up and down the European coast, the Caribbean and Mediterranean. All the while they documented their adventures for magazines, websites and their own YouTube channel, Sailing Ruby Rose, with over 200,000 subscribers. Today the couple live full time aboard Ruby Rose II, a 45-foot Seawind 1370 catamaran, documenting their travels while guiding would-be cruisers along the path of yacht ownership and extended sailing adventures.
