Nicholas "Quazzy" Herd is an American-based Wellness Consultant. He has been in the industry since 2014 and has led thousands of wellness sessions including Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Workshops. This includes studios, schools, men's shelters, and homes. He strives to make wellness as accessible as possible, and is the founder of "The Running River Collective (RRC)", an organization designed to bring wellness to underserved communities. Quazzy currently splits his time with his family in Michigan and his business in New York, and has a commitment to not only to the world abroad, but to the local organizations who need it most. The main goal of Quazzy's mission is to bring joy through inspiration and understanding. His mission is to make inclusive wellness for all cultures, beliefs, and physical capabilities. He has a background in media production (NYU Tisch ¿2015), which helps him in coordinating large groups and events. His background in storytelling provides creative ways to engage students in a way all his own.
