Autorenporträt
Nick Vadasz is known as The Picklesman. Inspired by his Hungarian heritage, he founded Vadasz in 2011 in a shipping container in Hackney, East London. He began selling his range of both fermented and vinegar brined pickles, sauerkraut and kimchi at markets across London. Vadasz soon became the first UK based producer of pickles & ferments, and is now stocked by retailers across the UK including Waitrose, M&S, Coop, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado and more, and restaurants including Shake Shack and Nando's.
