Produktbeschreibung
Conducting polymers have drawn attention of the scientific world due to their potential applicability in different fields like sensors, actuators, supercapacitors, photovoltaics, corrosion inhibitors, heavy metal removal etc. Polyaniline is is an important member of the family of the conducting polymers. It can be synthesized easily and exhibits good supercapacitive behaviour. Different properties of polyaniline can be improved by tuning synthesis parameters and doping process. This book provides an insight into the effects of the dopants used in different synthesis methods, structure-property analysis and supercapacitive behaviour of nanostructured polyaniline. Improvement of key properties of polyaniline using simple and easy methods is the principal aim of the works in the book with emphasis on synergistic effect of dopant combinations as well as formation of different nanostructures. The analysis and the outcomes of these works may provide the researchers and students a different pathway towards further improvement in the related fields. It may also be helpful to industry personnel to adopt an easier and upscalable synthesis process and improve the supercapacitive performance.
