Dr. Niranjan Mohapatra is currently working as an Asst. Prof.in Dept. of Political Science, Assam University, Diphu Campus, Assam , India. He did his Ph.D.in Political Science from University of Hyderabad, India. His specialization is International Relations in general and Strategic, Defence Studies, and Foreign Policy in particular.
