The book would deal with understanding the concept of Human Resource Management (HRM) and the element of Human Resource Interventions (HRIs) in connection with workplace dynamics, leadership traits, fundamentals of ethics and ethical values, element of motivation at work, notion of rightful employee engagement in the workplace, job satisfaction affecting employee and the element of organizational development.
