The study reveals that there was an effective communication process within a time frame with specified participants. On the other hand, it was observed that their lives were changed. It is recommended that there should be an enabling environment so that those households take stake and take ownership; documented process and procedure should be implemented for effective results; a multi-sectoral approach should be applied to hit the issue; it should facilitate a process of cross learning and sharing between and across district level and local level.
