Construction waste is generated in Iraq within very large proportions because Iraq is undergoing the phase of reconstruction as a result of the war conditions that were experienced. This book aims to build a waste management system in a lifecycle of construction projects of Iraq, for the purpose of achieving that goal four construction projects in Iraq has been studied and analyzed as a case study, also visiting the municipal departments which are concerned with waste to collect information and data required for the study, a questionnaire survey has been done to find out the reality of the waste management in Iraq, then Delphi technique was applied to determine the key factors affecting waste management in each phase of the construction project. After that, The author built a proposed system for managing waste during the construction project life cycle, with a computerized representation of the proposed system.
