Salvatore Esposito De Falco is Full Professor of Corporate Governance at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, where he holds the Chair of Corporate Governance. He has been a visiting professor at Northern Illinois University in Chicago (USA), Baruch College in New York (USA) and the University of Aalborg in Aalborg (Denmark). A certified public accountant and auditor, Professor Esposito De Falco is frequently sought after as a corporate consultant outside of his academic role. His extensive publication record includes numerous books and journal articles, and he has served as editor-in-chief of three prestigious journals in the fields of corporate governance, sustainability, and R&D.
