Sameer Kumar Panigrahi is currently working as an Assistant Professor in English at BDCET, Jharsuguda, under BIJU PATTNAIK UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, Odisha, India. To his credit he has published 7 papers in international journals and an associate editor in IJCMST. He is PhD from NORTH ORISSA UNIVERSITY. His area of interest is IWE.
