MSc. MIDP Sandra Zapata is a researcher in the field of International Relations especially in International Cooperation patterns in Latin America. She was granted a scholarship from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences in Ecuador-FLACSO,and from Seoul National University where she obtained the degree in International Development Policy.
