Autorenporträt
Santosh Jagtap holds an M.Des. degree from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a Ph.D. from the Engineering Design Centre at the University of Cambridge, UK. He is an associate professor in the Department of Design at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He has previously worked at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Lund University in Sweden, and Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. Santosh has received awards for his papers in international conferences such as International Conference on Engineering Design, International Conference on Research into Design, and International Conference on Engineering and Product Design Education. In addition to working with for-profit companies, he works in close collaboration with not-for-profit sector and social enterprises. His work requires a multidisciplinary approach, integrating knowledge from engineering, design, social science, and psychology. He has published articles in journals such as Design Studies, CoDesign, International Journal of Design, Research in Engineering Design, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Design Creativity and Innovation, She Ji: The Journal of Design, Economics, and Innovation, etc.
