Autorenporträt
Dr. Sapan Thapar has over 23 years of experience in the energy sector and is currently a faculty with the TERI School of Advanced Studies, India. He completed his doctoral research as well as his Master, both in the field of energy, from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Dr Thapar a qualified electrical engineer and a certified Energy Manager, has several research publications to his credit. In the past, he had been associated with IREDA (a developmental financial institution of India), The Energy & Resources Institute (TERI), and Tata Consultancy Services (Energy and Utilities Division). He had the opportunity to work on some of the national energy policies and programmes of the Indian government. His interest areas include energy policy, green finance, and power markets.
