Sarah Kaddu carried out the study on ICTs contribution to the access and utilisation of agricultural information by the rural women in the selected districts in Uganda. This study was carried out between 2004- 2011. Sarah has extensive knowledge in ICT applications and information storage and retrieval. Sarah also has a rich teaching experience in ICTs particularly, ICTs and rural development in Uganda. Sarah has worked with rural women for about six years now identifying their information needs and proposing ways of satisfying these needs. From the recommendations of this study, Sarah has won an EIFL grant to implement the recommendations raised by the study.
