This book deals in detail about the availability of various electronic resources, preferably for engineering education, especially the resources which is subscribed in engineering college libraries in Andhra Pradesh and also open access resources available on WWW. The survey is conducted in Andhra Pradesh, particularly in NAAC accredited engineering colleges in Rayalaseema Region. All the colleges selected for the survey are old colleges, rich in collection, having good infrastructure and well qualified faculty members. The data has been taken by the senior faculty members from the selected colleges and the collected data analyzed by various tools such as SPSS software, Chi-square tests etc. The book presents in detail about the usage of electronic resources and availability of open access resources, preferable resources by the users, required resources for their academic as well for their research purposes, problems faced while accessing, and at last some suggestions to improve in collection development and required facilities to access electronic resources in a better way.
