The UNGA and the UNSC are the two important organs for achieving the goal of the UN. Now-a-days, the speech of bifurcation of the powers and functions between these two organs has been emerged throughout the world. However, in my research , the loopholes of the bifurcation of powers between these two organs of the UN have been vividly described. The major challenges faced by UNGA and the impediments of reformation of UNSC are the main findings of my research which are described on the basis of critical and legal analysis.
