For the purpose of providing public services,government has already initiated ICT in all level of government offices. All ministries are now under the coverage of ICT. All forms government services are providing through ICT. So in this regard UDC is playing vital role of desseminiting public services to the local level people in Bangladesh.

Mr Saroar Ahmed Saleheen is a career civil servant of Bangladesh government. He obtained his BBA & MBA degree from University of Dhaka; Masters degree from BRAC University in 2015 under BRAC scholarship. Currently he is doing his third Masters in Economics and Public Policy from graduate School of Economics, Yamaguchi University.
