"Wellativity: In-Powering Wellness Through Communication - The Workbook" is a straightforward approach to self-improving our health and overall wellbeing. In utilizing and translating a proven "12-Step" method of recovery into Wellativity's Twelve Principles, Morofsky provides a blueprint for optimal health. The author has coined the phrase "cross-over afflictions" which exemplifies the common threads we all are challenged by with food, exercise, stress, rage, grief, sexual acting out, and all over and under indulgences that fall into the gray area of the functional and dysfunctional human being. The bottom line to the quality of wellness is COMMUNICATION. Communication with self, a Higher Power, your support network, and your body; Ultimately when we do the work of clearing away past regrets, present procrastinations, and future fears, we then have more space to listen and respond to the healthy communications from the aforementioned. The Workbook combines the original book text and a question and answer section that allows the reader to work through the clearing process in a tangible way.
