Scott Pilara is the founder of The Power of Choice(TM), the first concierge substance abuse treatment service in the United States. With more than 10 years of in-depth experience in the substance abuse treatment industry, Scott once worked at the most exclusive residential treatment center in the U.S. as a tech, a life coach, and as a sober companion. He later went on to develop a concierge detox program catering to some of the wealthiest and most successful executives in America. For a time, he was the director of operations for a sub-acute residential detox facility which primarily detoxed opioid addicts brought in off the streets. He also owned and operated the most exclusive sober living facility in the country located in Malibu, California. Needless to say, Scott's breadth and depth of knowledge span the entire industry.
