Seán Moraghan edited and annotated Charles Smith's The Ancient and Present State of the County of Kerry: A New Reader's Edition, originally published in 1756. He has worked as a librarian, bookseller, book indexer, tour guide, and folklore researcher and has published a number of articles about Kerry local history.
