Andrew Alexandra is the editor of the Australian Journal of Professional and Applied Ethics, the coauthor of Police Ethics, and the coeditor of Private Military Companies. Seumus Miller is a professor of philosophy at Charles Sturt University and the Australian National University. He is the author or coauthor of 10 books, including Corruption and Anti-Corruption, Institutional Corruption, and Social Action.
