Dr. Selwyn Samaroo lived in Hixson, Tennessee in the United States of America at the time of this study. He moved to Trinidad and Tobago in May of 2012 to take up an appointment by the government of Trinidad and Tobago as a Judge in the Industrial Court of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
