Autor

S. Skobkin was born in 1948. In 1972 he was graduated from the economic faculty of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, with diploma of the economist and the tutor of political economy. He began the career with the USSR State Committee on foreign tourism where has passed a way from the guide - interpreter to head of department.
