This book describes three cases related to each other for the association of damaged organs. The first case describes a blunt thoracic trauma with a cardiac laceration, a left main bronchus rupture and an unstable fracture of the thoracic spine. The second case describes a iatrogenic damage of the airways treated with an original technique; this experience made possible to manage the airways of the previous case. The third case describes a blunt thoracic trauma with a cardiac laceration and a transection of the thoracic spine. The multidisciplinary management is mandatory in such complex injuries.
