Autorenporträt
Sergio Carrera Mendoza, the former Hobart city planner and a Hobart resident, serves on the Hobart Park Board and the Hobart Plan Commission. He is also a member of the Hobart Chamber of Commerce and Indiana Landmarks. Mendoza received his bachelor's degree from Ball State University, where he studied urban planning. He continued his studies at Indiana Wesleyan University, where he received a master's of science degree in strategic management.
