This book, therefore, provides a new horizon in the field of advanced diagnosis to detect trypanosomosis which is rapid, cost effective and field adaptable. The contents of book include a brief introduction along with an elaborate review of the research carried out till date regarding the diagnosis of trypanosomosis with special emphasis on development and usage of latex agglutination test,a pen side test. Dr.Shyma did BVSc.& AH from KAU,Thrissur, MVSc from CCSHAU,Hisar and PhD from IVRI,Izatnagar. She has received the esteemed Dr.J.P.Dubey Young Scientist award for research in acaricide resistance and prestigious Dr.V.S.Alwar Memorial award for publication on trypanosomosis. Presently she is teaching faculty in SDAU, Sardarkrushinagar,Gujarat(India)
