Shabnam Hamdi was born in Isfahan, Iran. She received her Master's degree (2010) in the field of Organisational Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia(UPM).She is currently doing research on Human Resource Development as a PhD student in UPM. She is living in Malaysia since 2006.
