In developing countries, schooling contributes to productivity growth in a range of market and non-market activities and to human development. Substantial public and private resources are devoted to schooling. Quality of education produced energetic labor force capable to struggle and complete globally. Education opened the door towards economic and social prosperity. This study includes the different variables at primary level school student, selected at random from the general student population perform better in a public or private school. The study shows that students in private school come from more privileged background families than those who come for public school. This study finding shows that the teachers' differential salaries are also affecting on students' achievement and its impact may be positive or negative both in public and private schools. Improve salaries of teachers; provide better infrastructure; and provide regular teachers training. Considering teachers' attributes, this study shows that teachers' resource has a significant impact on student achievement in both type of schooling.
