Shameka D. LeCount is a Certified Life Coach, Educator, and the Founder of Daughters of Divine Destiny. She was born in Brunswick, GA but was raised in Raleigh, NC. She was educated in both McIntosh County and Wake County Public School System. In 2005, she graduated from Needham B. Broughton High School where she received her high school diploma. Shameka is the mother to a beautiful and energetic little girl name Aniyah. She always states that Aniyah is the reason that she is here today. Her daughter is the main reason why she does what she does. Shameka felt the need to birth this book, Living With Secrets, to help other women, like herself, elevate past their past. She desires to see women released from the things that have stopped them from reaching their full potential. Shameka understands that is not always easy to let go and overcome those things that have hurt you to your core. In the book, Shameka gives women the tips and tools that she used to find her release. She prays that women will see her book as a tool towards their freedom. Shameka has a heart for helping young girls and women. Through her youth group and community works, she is motivating people from all walks of life. Shameka is focused on helping women proclaim their lives. She wants women to stand up and tell fear that it is no longer welcomed! Shameka encourages other women to share their stories. She wants them to know that their testimonies could save someone's life.
