Shane Connor feels fortunate to have lived the advice of Wilbur Wright: "If I were giving a young man advice as to how he might succeed in life, I would say to him, 'pick out a good father and mother, and begin life in Ohio.'" In 2018, Shane left Austin, Texas, and returned home to Dayton, where he lives with his wife and four children. Shane cares deeply about the people and community of Dayton, Ohio--the greatest city in the nation. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Shane is the founder and managing partner of a Dayton-based investment firm that invests in small- to medium-sized public and private companies.
