Sharon Gander has extensive experience in police education, including training new police officer recruits for West Midlands, West Mercia and Warwickshire Police. She is a senior lecturer in policing at Sheffield Hallam University and was previously a course leader for Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) programmes for West Midlands Police at Staffordshire University. Sharon is also an Independent EPA Assessor at Northumbria University, and sits as a board member of the Police Education Qualification Framework (PEQF) Initial Policing Education Board for the College of Policing.
