There were two basic style of functioning as reflected in the manual of the questionnaire.Autocratic LeadershipDemocratic Leadership The data was analysed by using t-test. It was concluded that there was no significance difference in the leadership behaviour among sportsmen and non-sportsmen. They prefer similar behaviour patterns.

Dr. Sharad Chaurasia was born on 5th Sept.1983 in Sultanpur (U.P.).He passed 10th & 12th from K.V.S. He succeeded twice in passing the NET examination. Ph.D. was awarded in the year 2014. He has also published a book titled "Methods in Physical Education,Statistics & Test & Measurement".Many research papers have been published in reputed journals.
