Throughout her career, she has served as a middle school science teacher, counselor, school administrator, and district leader. One of her proudest moments was serving as the principal of A.S. Staley Middle School, where she completed her student teaching. Sharron is passionate about education and dedicated to helping teachers overcome the challenges of stress and burnout. She firmly believes that a well-supported and motivated teaching staff is the key to creating a positive learning environment for students. Beyond her professional life, Sharron finds joy in her family. She is married to Alton Marcus, and they have two wonderful children, Amber and AJ. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, photography, and traveling. Sharron remains committed to making a lasting impact on both educators and students alike, ensuring a brighter future for all.
