About 10,00,000 people of 200 villages in Khulna-Jessore region were affected by water logging. It hampered their economic status, decrease their happiness and total livelihood pattern also changed. Various types of programs have been taken but all are proved as unwise and unsuccessful. Public demand and government activities are in different way. So, for the betterment of the people of this region the government and the people would have to coordinate each other.
