Dr Sheila C. Vir, MSc PhD is a senior consultant and Founder Director of the Public Health Nutrition and Development Centre. She was a senior nutrition programme manager with UNICEF (India) for 20 years and earlier she was a consultant with UNICEF for five years dealing with the a range of programmes focussing on nutrition and agriculture, rural development and primary education.
