Fungal toxicity of Neem and Karanj to several fungi which attack humans, including those that cause athlete's foot and ringworm, and Candida, an organism that causes yeast infections and thrush and also other fungus is a good step towards their more pharmacological role. Particular information about Copper (II) soaps, play a vital role in its selection in specific phenomena such as foaming, wetting, detergency, emulsification etc. and also in their use as herbicides, fungicides, pesticides and insecticides etc. The role of metal ion in bio-system had led to the awareness that metal complexing is useful in the treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral diseases. The present work highlights the Synthesis of Copper (II) soaps derived from non - edible oils i.e. Neem & Karanj and their complexes with 2-amino-6-methyl Benzothiazole for comparative studies. Spectral studies (IR and NMR), Micellar characterization, density, molar volume and apparent molar volume Critical micelle concentration, viscosity, fluidity, Ultrasonic velocities various interactions like solute - solute and solute - solvent interactions and biological activities have been evaluated using the various equations.
