Sherrell Crawford first fell in love with children's literature 25 years ago when reading to her son. She formerly wrote for her city's newspaper and has degrees in business and creative writing. Crazy at the Zoo is her debut picture book. She lives in Anderson, SC with her husband and two cats, Rascal and Rowdy.
