Mustafakulov Sherzod Igamberdievich was born on September 27, 1977 in the city of Kattakorgan, Samarkand region. In 2005, he defended his candidate's thesis on the specialty Microeconomics and in 2017 he defended his doctoral dissertation (DSc). Since 2022, he has been working as the rector of Nordic International University.
