Authors are PhD in Hydrology from Dept.of Hydrology, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. They have wide experience of dealing with the water resources problems. Dr. Sarkar is currently Assistant Professor at NERIST, Itanagarar, Arunachal Pradesh; and Dr. Rai is a Senior Hydrologist in DHI(India) Water & Environment, New Delhi.
