Shirley Soon is a Canadian of Chinese descent. Since being saved, she has served the Lord in various capacities, is a qualified public school teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and has served as a Sunday School teacher for 15 years. She's spent 22 years at a Christian Elementary School library and 3 years as a Christian high school Librarian. Shirley retired, but the Lord never really retires us, as evidenced by this book.
