Furthermore, the study provides recommendations for the difficulties encountered. Moreover, the study intends to become a guide for learners and practitioners aiming to gain knowledge of the subject.

Dr. Shirley V. Saragcon is currently the Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy at the University of Caloocan City. She have served as the Head of the Human Resource Department for 11 years. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Educational Management in Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and have authored an instructional module.
