Reflections - Body, Mind and Soul is just that! It is a celebration of my thoughts, emotions and beliefs which have moulded my life over the years that were full of personal good, bad and thoughtful experiences which have all made it a truly learning journey for me.The main objective of writing the poems in this book is to give back to society what it has given and taught me over the years, to reflect upon the past, present and the future so that those in the present and the future will be able to appreciate a slice of life lived on Earth by an individual who strived for excellence in all endeavours and fields of human existence.
