The research focused on the clients who use the e-Tax system for paying taxes and other related services. Primary data was collected from a sample of 100 users of the e-tax system in Uganda. This publication contains the findings and recommendations from the data that was collected.

Ngabirano Silas holds a Master of Business Administration (Computer and Finance Management), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Statistics specializing in computing.
