The Ethiopian Privatization Agency (EPA) was established in February of 1994 by Proclamations No. 87/1994 and 146/1998. I was born in Northern part of Ethiopia - Adwa town. In 2006, I graduated from the University with B.A. Degree in Business Management (major) & Accounting (minor).A year and half later I joined Mekelle University for M.Sc. in Finance & Investment and graduated in 2010. Thus, this study was conducted as partial fulfillment of my Masters program.
