The prime objective of this research is to explore the relationship between training and employees motivation and job satisfaction in Hotel Industry. It examined the relationship through posing four research questions. Sisay Eshetu obtained his BED degree in English Language in 2009 and his MA degree in HRM in 2012 from AAU .Since 2005, he has been working in governement owned schools.He was Vice Director and he has also been teaching English Language in a governement preparatory school.
