This study clearly demonstrates that optimization of some physical parameters and chemical pre-treatment improves the solubility of proteolytic enzyme and thus establishes the conditions of parameters in a cost-effective strategy of enzyme recovery and production at industrial scale.
Autorenporträt
Sk Amir Hossain, MSc: Studied Biotechnology at The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) Sweden in 2008. He worked in a combined project between KTH, Sweden and Novozymes, Denmark on "Optimal pre-treatment and resolubilisation in enzyme solutions". Besides, he has been doing PhD at the University of Zagreb, Croatia since 2015 till now.
